Ms Jasmina Joldić PSM is an accomplished senior executive and policy expert who has been a champion for equity throughout her career. Her expertise lies in guiding high-performing teams to deliver reform and drive transformational change. She has over 18 years of experience across the state governments and the Australian Government, as well as the higher education sector.

 She was most recently Director-General (Secretary/CEO) of Queensland’s Department of Justice and Attorney-General. She is the first woman from a culturally and linguistically diverse background and first millennial to lead a Queensland Government department. This role follows her experience as Associate Director- General, Strategy, Policy and Reform in Queensland Health, in which she led the development of visionary system-wide policy, including HealthQ32, and prior leadership of critical functions contributing to Queensland’s successful COVID-19 response.
