Hashini is the Director of the Universities Racism Study, in the Race Discrimination Team at the Australian Human Rights Commission. She is currently directing a landmark national study examining the prevalence, nature, and impact of racism at Australian Universities. She is an anti-discrimination specialist with over 15 years of experience in legal practice and policy reform.
