Lenka has worked in the higher education sector at both public and private providers and within government.  She has experience in academic delivery and curriculum design, policy development and regulation. 

As the Acting Director of the HEIU, Lenka works in partnership with the sector and across government to identify emerging and changing risks to the Australian higher education sector.  Lenka is involved in delivering targeted and trusted guidance to facilitate sector-wide uplift to protect the integrity of Australia’s higher education sector and the student experience.
